When Can You Return? You have a 10-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We process refunds using the same method as your original payment.

What's Not Eligible for Return? Please keep in mind that certain items, like bulk purchases, group buys, specially ordered products (including special colors), and monogrammed items, can't be returned. If your order was subject to special terms, it might have different return conditions.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items should be in resalable condition, complete with tags and original packaging.
  • No signs of wear, use, or marking on the items.
  • Make sure to provide proof of purchase or a gift exchange card.

Our Convenient Return Option: Good news! We offer a FREE courier ticket for your returns to our New Zealand customers. Simply get in touch with us, and we'll arrange it for you.

Exchanging for a Better Fit or Color? No Worries! If you're swapping an item for a different size or color, there's no need to worry about extra shipping costs.

Processing a Credit or Refund?  From the time we receive your items, it can take up to 2-5 business days for us to the time we issue a credit or refund. Any refunds will be processed the same way they are received.  For example, if you placed your order with a credit card, your account will be credited when we process your return.
